My journey through weight loss-ALL THE BEST TO MEEEEE!!!!

    Hey girls..
    All the best for your wt loss journey :thumbsup
    just a suggestion...
    for breakfast have 2 glasses of green juice (with less water)
    This green juice has..
    1 cucumber, little ginger, 1 tomato, 1bunch of coriander leaves, 1 apple, handful of dryfruits which can b badam, walnuts and kismis. you can add any fruit in this. and half bunch of palak leaves..omit if u have thyroid.
    After having this think juice, have 1litre of water.. this is for breakfast.

    lunch you have wat u want to.. if u can avoid nonveg its best.

    early dinner ... salad with boiled beans..like rajma/channa/anything..

    And 30-45 mins of work out a day...

    Try this.. you will see the difference.

    For your info..im also in the process of losing wt.. lost 2kgs only but still way to go!..,my target is 25kgs :2thumbsup:

A few years ago Iwas also 73 kg, then I've lost 4-5 kg, and just stuck at that point.This year I managed to lose few more kg. Losing weight is possible,but you must be committed – people who just want to lose weight dowhat is convenient, and people who are committed do what it takes!For me secret to loosing weight is avoiding rice and sugar and othercarbs, but when I eat fresh vegetables with some protein (likechicken) I shed excess weight without exercising. Even more,exercising doesn't work for me, because it makes me very hungry!! Sogood luck to you, I hope you'll reach your goal, and will dowhatever it takes and not what is convenient![/FONT]

    Hi @bdivya, good luck on ur weight loss journey..
    my target is more or less the same..
    As @nadin said its commitment which drives up the weightloss.
    I follow a similar diet, no sugar, less carbs, more veggies, organic and protein.

    I started with 80 end of last year, after a series of diet flops and going off track, now I'm bang on track.
    im now 72.4 , hoping to lose 12 more by the end of November .

    another tip, when you lose 2 kgs or more try ur old clothes to gauge where you stand on ur weight loss, it might motivate you to stay on track.

    Dear All,

    I have got my periods and decided not to go to gym. Body cramps are more may be due to gym... have anyone experienced something similar to this....

    Leg and back pain is horrible.

    during periods better take rest.. you wont be losing wt in those days. mentally and physically we need rest in those days. dont stress up.

    a lovely kick off start !!!!

    28-july-2015:
    ==========
    brisk walking :done 20 min
    eve snack : vada pav (1) notdonesmiley
    + had chocolates notdonesmiley

    eve walk : 10 min..

    so i found out that my eve snack time spoils my entire day effort..
    gonna focus on that area!!!thinkingsmiley

    any tips for eve snack time in office! i end up eating junks...shakehead

    I would also like to add myself to this group.

    Aiming lose at least 10Kgs. I weigh 72 kgs now.

    I am hvg hypothyroid which is also creating a problem in loosing my weight.

    Hi dear, she means avoid palak if you have thyroid problems and not the whole green juice. Palak is one among the foods to avoid when having thyroid.

    Am i right @Ramya??

    ES - Methi water
    BF - 1 Banana + 1 tblspn Peanut Butter
    Sn - Detox Water
    LN - 1 glass lauki juice
    Sn - 1 cup Puffed rice
    Eve - 1 Mango
    sn - 1 cup green tea
    Dn - Sprouts+ cucumber + carrot salad
    - 1 bowl Tomato oats soup

    exer - 30 mins Walking
