Breast tenderness and pain closer to period time !!

Hi ILs,
Does anyone experience tenderness/pain on top of breasts or underarm region in the days just before the period starts? This occurs with even the slightest of touch on the breasts. Why is this caused and what is the remedy to get over this problem? Please share ur thoughts and advice. Thanx in advance.

Hi

I had the same problem but not underarms. Infact there will be a stiffness along with the pain. I consulted gyn'. who stated this as mastalgia and prescribed medicine for it. It is jus PMS issues. Along with the medicine take nutirious food and excercise. This will reduce in due course .
