I don't know for which state these sites bonkare applicable i searched Computer Typingin google i got these sites and i praticed well i passed first attempt only:coffee I am from GA state.Road test also i passed at first attempt only. All The Best.

thank u. i did cleard my drivers written test in 1st attempt itself. i was postponed for a month time to write it due to some rules & regulations.

no Q asked apart from the site u gave me. finally i did it.

Hi,
I recently went to the Secretary of Michigan office to get my Temporary Instructor's Permit (TIP). I submitted all the documents necessary plus showed my Indian driver's liscense ( I did not have International Liscense). And viola!, they accepted my driver's liscense and that became my TIP which I can use within the state of Michigan. They did not even charge me $25 which they do for issuing a new TIP.
So, ladies who stay in Michigan can use their Indian driver's liscense as TIP.

Hi Ladies,

THis is for everyone who is about to take a road test or is learning driving in order to take one.

There are some wonderful videos on youtube.com on driving. They are about the 10 most critical mistakes that drivers make and there are some about rules of road. Just search youtube for videos on ' California dmv driving test' . You will titles like ' California DMV - Driving Tests #1 Unsafe Lane Change ' and 'California DMV - Driving Tests # 2 Failure to Yield ' etc. Actualy 10 such titles. Just watch them and practice when you drive. They are really helpful and the best part is they have actual DMV testers giving the advice and information.

I dont knoww if i have posted this in the right forum but i have searching answer to my query for a long time.
me and my husband have arrived in US in June 08
Both have driving licences of india
my uestions are
1.can i on h4 visa take a driving licence test
2 to buy a car do we need a credit history.we have not taken a credit card
or employment letter is sufficent.we want to buy a car in installments from a dealer :help

thanks in advance if anyone cud help me with the answers
its really difficult for us to manage without a car here.Witsendwe would have to go in for a second hand if credit history is a major critieria
