Hi , don't worry , just chat when you are free . You need to make jowar roties a bit thick . Then after roasting on the tava you need to roast on open flame . They are fragile so mixing in atta will be helpful.
Hi Sw, how was your weekend. Mine was the same. I tried jowar roties but it was a flop. I think I added too much water to the dough. Finally I mixed it with idli batter and made dosas. Has school reopened for your DDs? And are you back to routine at home and work. Climate is changing here slowly and can feel the effects of monsoon and winter setting in.

Hi cb , first of all wish you a very happy and prosperous new year and a belated diwali wishes. I am sorry to come back to il after so many months but i was having too many things going on and did not get the opportunity. Last time i told you about my father. He deteriorated again and i have spent the last 3-4 months just travelling back and forth to india ( 4 trips ) dealing with issues there and my family here . It was really stressful and i could not cope with anything else . Things are settling down now but i have taken this whole month's leave to recuperate. How have you been? What did you do for new year ? How is your family ? How are your moderator duties going on ? Are you enjoying yourself? Have you made new friends?
