    May 22: BBM day18

    May 25: BBM day 19 & 20 , 1 mile walk

    I am taking a break, so here is my update

    Team- 4
    May 1st weight- 68kg
    May target- 67 kg

    May 26 -67.5

    I am not strict on my diet, so I didn't expect this -0.5kg :-D .

    Will join you gals next month...:wave

    till evening my kitchen sink was not repaired and after long weekend.. i had lot of work dnt get much time to go out and eat


    bf apple/orange
    lunch veggei twist 35 grams / 4 spoons of curd / 1 tsp chutney
    dinner veggi twist 35 grams/ 4spoons of curd / 1 tsp chutney
    snacks 5 cherrys.

    May 25
    Started with a cup of green tea
    Morn: 1 cup rice plus 4tbsp seasoned curd
    Snack: 3tsp milk kova
    Lunch: 1 cup rice plus 2 tbsp mint chutney
    Even: 150 ml milk with horlicks
    Din er: 1 utthappam + 2 wheat dosa + 40 g egg omelet one
    Water consumed 2 litre

    May 26
    Started with a cup of green tea
    Morn and lunch: 11/4 cup rice plus 1/2 cup sambar and 1/4 cup rasam
    Snacks: 1 handfull of egg biscuits and 3 slices of mango
    Dinner: 2 big chappathi+ chutney
    Water consumed 2 litre

    walk = 5miles = 420cals = 82mins
    bf 2 bread slices/ 11/2 tbsp mayo
    lunch 70grms oats / 7oz fat free curd/ 6oz tomato curry
    snack 1 cup cherrys
    dinner 35grms oats/ 7oz fat free curd

    May 21- thu: 10 min stretching, breathing [COLOR=#009900 !important]exercises ( day 1- skipping exercise)[/COLOR]
    May 22-fri-BBM day 17, BBM day 18, ab exercise- 15 mins.
    May 23-sat- nil (day 2- skipping exercise)
    May 24-sun-BBM day 19, ab exercises- 20 mins.
    May 25-mon- 45 mins outdoor walk/jog alternate
    planned for BBM at night, could nt make it. sleepy/tired.
    May 26-tue-20 mins ab.
    May 27-wed-30 mins walk
    May 28-thu- BBM day 20,BBM day 22, abs 20 mins

    I am back with almost 70% recovery.

    Am so happy today, my weight has come down today, though its early to update here, am going to my cousins place for weekend.

    May 1st. 141.8lbs
    May 20th 142.2 lbs
    May 29th 140.2lbs
    May 30th.140lbs

    Wishing to see 2 lb down by end of month (reached the goal)

    Past 4 days i am so busy with my exam preparation on 31st may... so no updates... now exam finished.... now no tention.....oppssssss.... even though i checked my weight on 31 st may (75.6 kg whaatsmiley)..... but now checked on 1st june it shows 73.9 kg...now happy

    1st May 75.7 kg
    10th may 75.2 kg
    20th may 74.5 kg
    1st june 73.9 kg

    May target : 2 kg to lost
    Reached : 1.8 kg lost
