    did bbm day 3 yday and some cardio. strained my leg so may have to skip day 4 . hopefully will try to do both day 4 and day 5 together.

    Day 4 completed with Shaun T hip hop abs workout

    @rmpriya - I agree these workout are not that effective until we supplement it with diet and cardio workout

    Today was a bad day wrt to diet. ..had around 10 fried namakpare and 2 big cups of tea instead of my normal 1 cup...also had some leftover poha from my son's lunch
