Your sister belongs to Kumbha Lagna and her 7th house, house of spouse is occuied by Moon, who is the lord of 6th house, which is not good and the 7th lord Sun, has gone to 2nd house, which is in the 8th house, while counted from the 7th house, which is also not good.

Based on the birth details given by you, his 10th house is aspected by Mars as well Ketu, which is a supporting factor for subjects related to engineering, preferable in computer engineering. Hence, if your son is interested in the same, you can proceed according and please give priority to the option of your son, than imposing any subject of your choice over him.
