    Hope you are in the care of your Physician.

    For sciatica, "Oont Aasan" the 'Camel pose' in yoga is very helpful for my DH. Can you please do a google search/ consult yoga teacher and consider.

    Today, I did a lot of gardening and it was much more than LS walk and got

    @suryakala mam, i can't do asanas because i have both issues at the neck and the lumbar ..to quote my physiotherapist who is also a chiro, the whole spine is a mess..and i should be thankful that i am walking..

    dear shanvy, just started ls walk one mile for last 2 days.even my daughter is walking with me.thanks for opening my eyes regarding ls walk at home.consistently following a thing is a very big problem for me.this onemile takes just 15 minutes i hope i ll do it regularly.

    Dear friends,

    Both my internet and Cross Trainer didn't work for the past few days and hence couldn't workout and update. But did my floor work outs and simple walks.

    Both got resolved and I did 1.5 miles yesterday LS walk. Will have to increase more.

    Shanvy....how is your pain. I hope you are doing better. Thanks for sharing those lovely motivational pic. It does helps.

    All others are doing tremendously awesome and are committed 100%, I am feeling boosted.
