30 lb melt down journey begins!

    Weighted today.. 300gms down.. very slow progress..must keep the pace..

    Hi all,

    I also would like to join with you girls.
    The reason behind joining here is I need to be frank and true about my diet. So that if I'm regular in posting here I can reduce my weight...

    My today's plan is
    Breakfast - 2 dosa with kadappa
    Lunch- millet tomato rice with egg
    Snack - 2 adai(planned)
    Dinner- milk

    Water - 1and half litre
    Exercise(zumba and yoga) - 1 hr

    hi ladies..

    so finally am back after my wedding cum vacation.. and what do you know? am almost weighing a kilo less, though I ate tonnes of snacks and juices and everything..and no time for exercise too..

    I will need to read back all the other posts to get to know other updates.

    here's my update for last month.


    12th March: 69 kgs
    18th March: 69.4 kgs
    23th March: 69.1 kgs
    1st May: 67.8 kgs


    I am sick now with fever and sore throat..so unable to manage water drinking or diet or exercise. Will try to restart from Monday.

    Hello Ladies,

    H r u doing? Past few days is not really focused. But I made sure I did not put on weight.. Manged to go down by 700 gms from my previous post on apr 23rd..

    Next two months I have set up target again..Now I am weighing 78.7kg.. I want to see me in 72 kgs for my birthday..July 7th..

    Wish me All The Best buddies...

    Hi guys..

    I am back after month of family sickness then laziness. I was looking into different threads and did not want to join thread again and thiss thread was dormant. Good you guys are back.

    I have big India trip to plan and then long weekend vacation. So can not really put lot of time but still want to lose as much I can.


    Will try to log my weight and diet and workout.

    Hmm.. weighted yesterday.. down to 76.7kg.. not sure i can keep my promise to 72kg for my b'd thinkingsmiley.. But I try my best to keep it down atleast... last 1 week did not do any exercise, but making sure am not gaining :) .. Mangoes are my fav but enemies in this stage :bonk.. I see that this thread not getting responses.. ladies, how r u progressing?
