    4. No food after 7.30 PM (early dinner) Done

    1. Daily 45 minutes workout( strength training/ LS walk) Done
    2. Daily face and neck exercise Done
    3. Daily breathing exercise 10 minutes Done
    4. Daily Surya Namaskar - 10 set Done
    5. Plank for 60 sec Done
    6. Sit-ups , squats , lunges, Wall push up , mountain climber ( Any one of these daily 25 counts )Done Wall pushups -25

    Face and Body

    1. Apply some natural things on face daily Done
    2. Weekly once hair and body oil massage Will do on weekend
