    U can check circulon hard anodized set from Costco, they are both dishwasher and oven safe. Comes with glass lid and silicone handles. I am using that for last 3 yrs and no complaints so far.. Around the month of August u ll get some $50 off at costco

    My personal preference is also Cast Iron. Lodge is the best. I use it for Dosas, Chappatis , frying fish also. Replaced all non-stick.. Anodized are not harmful either.. Non-Stick is definitely carcinogenic.
