I like angura. It is raw mango sweet pickle. Here is the recipie. Wash and slice mangoes Put one tea spoon of musturd oil in pan then put some panchforan( methi, sauf, ajawain, jeera and musturd) Then put 2 3 dried red chillies and one crushed elaichi then put all mango slices and water(2cup) Put 2 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Simmer till suger melts and water gets thick. U can have it specially with parathas. I love it.
