Final try - 20 days of change (cycle 1)

    My internet is finally fixed!

    I will get back to updating everyday from tml onwards. For days 8 to 10, I have been eating right but missed one day of working out. I checked my weight and I have lost 1.5kgs so far. :)

    Day 11
    Food:

    Breakfast - One sweet potato and one grape fruit
    Lunch - Kashmiri pulao and paneer butter masala (tsk tsk)
    dinner - Pratas with veg kurma

    I did not make good choices for lunch and dinner today for sure. Will make it up tomorrow.

    Workout:
    Walking - 5kms

    Water - 2.5ltrs

    Level of activity - Medium

    To a better tomorrow :D

    Dont feel guilty @flutter make it up tomorrow. Replace dinner with fruits :)

    Gooooood hello everyone!

    Here is what went down today.

    Food:

    Breakfast - 2 pratas with one teaspoon of sugar (I should throw these frozen pratas away)
    Mid morning snack - one apple
    lunch - Kara panniyaram
    dinner - Veg soup (carrots, cabbage, capsicum, celery, tomato and onions)
    after dinner snack - kiwi, grapefruit and cucumber

    Workout:
    3 mile walk
    Standing ab exercise - 10mins

    Water - 2.3 ltrs

    level of activity - Low

    10.30 am - 1 glass warm water with honey and lime juice
    11.00 am - 4 idlis + tomato chutney
    2.00 pm - 1 banana
    3.30 pm - 1 guava
    5.30 pm - 1 small veg samosa
    8.30 pm - small bowl chicken briyani


    Exer: LS 1 mile walk
