    Feb 4 2015 : DAY 2

    8.00 am - 1 glass of [COLOR=#009900 !important]warm water[/COLOR] with honey and lemon
    8.50 am - 1 Banana
    9.40 am - 2 glass Mixed grains porridge with buttermilk
    11.20 am - 1 bowl watermelon
    1.00 pm - 1 bowl Veg kichdi + boiled [COLOR=#009900 !important]potatoes[/COLOR]
    2.00 pm - 1 glass grape juice with little sugar
    5.30 pm - 1 glass sukku coffee
    8.30 pm - 10 small idlis + Tomato Kurma

    Exer : 8.30 am - LS 1 mile walk

    Feb 5 2015 :

    10.00 am - 1 glass warm water with honey and lime juice
    10.45 am - 2 glass of multigrain porridge with buttermilk
    12.30 pm - 1 glass women horlicks in hot water w/o sugar
    1 small banana
    1.20 pm - 2 seedless dates
    2.10 pm - 1 bowl moong and lauki soup
    4.00 pm - 1 bowl watermelon
    5.00 pm - 2 brown bread sandwich with onion tomato and egg
    9.30 pm - 2.5 chapati with punjabi bhindi masala

    Exercise:

    Hi friend Iam 5 days away from my updates
    1st feb=6 mile
    2nd feb=1
    3rd feb =1
    4th feb= 1
    5thfeb = 5 mile
    6th feb=6 mile
    20 done 80 miles to go


    I put one coz i went to my field sampling then it was really out of control and there was no choice left about what to eat. and hard to track how much walk. :)

    Day 5, 6 & 7

    Good Hello Everyone!

    sorry I didn't update for the past two days. Fibre broadband was down and 3G is not fantastic at home.

    Day 5:

    Food:
    breakfast: 2 dosas and kara chutney
    mid morning snack - one pear
    lunch - half a cup of rice and dhal with ladies finger
    mid afternoon snack - another pear, I love em.
    dinner - two ready made pratas (ughhh)

    workout:
    3mile walk

    Water: 2ltrs

    level of activity: low (boo)

    Day 6:

    food:
    breakfast - Temple Pongal and some kind of rice that I don't know the name of
    lunch - 3 idyls (yep breakfast and lunch got switched over)
    dinner - sambar rice, curd rice and sweet pongal in temple.

    Workout - NOTHING

    i was super tired waking up early to go to the temple and i had to go again in the evening so there was barely any time for me to even think about working out.

    Water: :( didn't measure it and i am pretty sure it was not 2ltrs

    level of activity: med

    day 6:

    food:
    breakfast - Left over sweet pongal from temple :/
    lunch - Tamarind rice with thogayal
    dinner - grapefruit and half a cucumber

    workout:
    treadmill walk - 5km

    water: 2 ltrs

    levl of activity - low

    Feb 6 2015 :


    9.00 am - 1 glass warm water with honey and lime juice
    10.00 am - 2 yelakki bananas
    11.00 am - Freshly squeezed orange juice without sugar one glass
    1.45 pm - 3 chapathis with moong daal fry
    2.10 pm - 2 pcs dates
    6.00 pm - 1 bowl white lobia sundal
    9.00 pm - 3 dosas with mint coriander chutney


    Exer :


    LS 1 mile power walk.

    Hi everyone,

    Yesterday was an average day for me. whole day i was at home relaxing anf trying to pamper myself.

    my food uptakes

    mrng tea and 2 brown bread
    midday tea without suger
    lunch instant oat meal.
    eve tea and quiano salad with mushroom on top for dinner.

    Whole day I was drinking lemon water with added ginger mint and linseed.

    Exercise
    Walk 35 min in treadmill so may be its just 2 mile.

    So 22 miles done 78 to go :)

    Was my 2nd wedding anniversary. So my diet was not proper.

    BF - 2 adai + coc chutney
    Ln - Veg pulao + Mushroom pepper fry + 2 vadas + 1 glass Payasam
    Eve - 1 bowl of grapes
    Dn - Lil Chicken briyani + Chicken 65

    No Exercise today :(

    Feb 8 2015 : Day 6

    Bf - 2 adai + Mint chutney
    Ln - Rasam Rice + vathal
    Eve - Lobia sundal
    Dn - 1 sandwich + 1 glass minutemaid

    Exer : LS 1 mile walk

    today walk 5 mile so in sum 27 miles done
    73 miles to go.

    morning one bread slice with tea
    lunch oat slice and barley soup with small choclate
    for dinner 2 uttapam with tea

    had plenty of water

    4 mile walk makes 31 miles done 69 miles left

    moring i ate uttapam
    then had barley soup for lunch had 2 oat slices

    now making dosa for dineer
    except all these 3 cup green include 2 indian tea,
