    Thanks. That is my regular walking mins. I try to walk 4 to 4.5 miles per day.This forum is my motivation.

    20th - 30 Mins Walk
    21st - 30 Mins in the morning 30 mins in the evening

    Total is 110 mins .

    hey I did 65 Minutes of cardio today

    so totally 110 + 65 = 175 ..

    yay I'm above the target by 25 mins and still have 2 days in this week .

    I will try to make it 200 ..
