    Ok... so updates for this week.. Only satchi lost any weight by losing 0.6 kg!! Good job, satchi.. :clap

    Everyone else is still on the same weights as last week and I've gained a kg.. oh yay!

    Past week, diet not tht good but I've been managing a good brisk walk daily.. Yesterday did 8.5k steps..

    Having gas issues.. I don't know what to do..
