    Hi All,

    Sorry couldn't update from last few days because of heavy work @ office. Below are my updates

    Monday - no diet, had meals everything and no exercise.
    Tuesday - Completely on fruits except that I took one piece of sweet in office and 1 hour yoga
    Wednesday - on fruits & veggies till evening but due to party in night ate rice+ deep fry items and 1 cup icecream...:drowning.

    Today - ate fruits and veggies till now , but felt hungry upon return to home hence ate little lemon rice+ dal+ 2 cream biscuits and did 1 hour yoga.

    To say, I was not that consistent enough like I use to be in 2014 Nov & Dec. Need to do something to bring back that focus...:bang


    Dec 31st - 61.5 kgs
    Jan 9th - 62.5 ( due to christmas & new year parties).
    Jan 19th - 64 ( due to pongal and my DD B'day party)

    Today I checked and standng at 63. Planning to go back to my starting weight 61 atleast by Feb 15th.

    Congrats Sandstar for weightloss....

    Meal 1- ½ litre water, almonds, methi seeds
    Meal 2 – 1 egg, boiled banana
    Meal 3 – straw berry, green tea
    Meal 4 –rice , dal, salad, brinjal
    Meal 5 – almonds, green tea
    Meal 6 – boiled green gram with cauliflower sabji , apple
    Water – 3litre

    Workout
    30 min walk

    @Melon take care, don't worry about weight most important is getting better soon.

    @reh, take care dear...... have you all taken flu jab ??? see if you all can take it helps a lot .... also add badam and all that it helps during winter.

    My update for 21/01

    Em - water
    BF - 2 bread with peanut butter + coffee
    MM - 3/4 prunes + green tea
    L - 5 carrot idli + chutney + coffee
    AN - mung daal mixture + tea
    N - rice + egg curry + few pineapple pieces

    Ex - 5 miles
    water - 2 lit

    22/01

    BF - 4 idli + chutney + coffee
    MM - green tea + blueberry
    L - 2 idli + boiled peas carrot and sweet potato + pineapple juice
    AN - tea + mung daal mixture
    N - 2 roti + aloo palak + pickle

    water - less than 2 lit :(

    morn:tea without sugar+2 chappathies with green gram dhal
    mm:2 oranges
    lunch:eek:ats dosa with pumpkin curry and sambhar
    dinner:eek:ats with fruits porridge

    water:2.5 lts
    portion control:good
    exercise:no(felt very lazy:-()
