    Morn:
    green tea+kambu chappathi with brinjal curry
    mid morn:pumpkin salad,2 glasses buttermilk
    lunch:3 millet dosa with chicken gravy
    eve:1 piece of homemade cake,green tea
    Dinner:chappathi with podi

    Points:
    Water-2.5 lts-1 point
    salad-1 pt
    exercise 45 mins orbi-1 point
    green tea-1 point
    portion control-1 pt

    sat went well with workout, diet, but sunday out of control with get together in my house. heavy feast.

    12th jan
    BF : 3 idlis + chicken curry
    lunch : didn't have lunch( i felt very sleepy from morning bcous of lots of work sterday, so slept of by 2'o clock & got up by 6 in the evng )
    evng : rice + rasam + fish fry
    dinner : chappathi + boiled gee + dhal + women's horlicks

    water 1 lt( very less)
    workout
    cardio 60 mins
    abs exercises , stretch 30 mins ( i was sleepy all over my workouts 2day)

    gals i want some motivation , i am having portion control but not dieting like before, workouts i do regularly with 2 days rest (weekend). i put on few gms, feeling lazy like before not feeling like making anything separately for me, what i am making for others , i am eating the same thing with portion control. I am feeling very bad about myself.

    BF - oats with pomegranate,blueberry in milk + later coffee
    MM - few walnut + weight watchers cracker + green tea
    L - 2 besan chilla +youghrt raita of onion carrot chilli + later coffee
    E - pumpkin seed + green tea
    N - salad with mango, apple, red kidney beans + later half cup milk

    E - 5 miles ( 3 miles LS + 30 min HIIT abs and Cardio )
    Water - 3 lit
    portion control - yes
    Green tea - yes
    salad - yes

    Sujatha, it happens sometimes....... think about your goal or imagine how you wanted to fit into that little dress........ if you let yourself spoil now you have to work hard twice or thrice ( I did this mistake now working hard :( :( ) so don't let your lazy mind to win over your hard working and competitive mind.

    It would be easier if you cook something healthy food for rest of family then also you can save yourself.
