    - 30 minutes abs workout [a gym class called Six Pack Attack]..super challenging but fun!

    Buds I m really impressed with your workout .
    Even I want to ex like that .
    Diet wise the day was ok no junk but I was not able to ex as my elder child was sick and at home .

    Buds have been doing workout from long time Now ..... She does her workout regularly ...... Begin regular with workout is the key for better health and weight loss ....Just be regular in your workout and some day u will be able to do more workout like Buds do
