    EM: Water
    Breakfast: 3 Idlis with tomato chutney + Green tea
    MM: Banana chips
    Lunch: Chicken Briyani + Onion Raitha + Boiled egg
    MA: Banana chips + Green tea
    Evening: Coffee
    Dinner: 3 Idlis with corriander chutney + Peanut chikki

    Water: 3.0 litres
    Exercise: 30 mins (JM Shred level 2)

    I am noticing for the past two years, in winter for me there won't be weight loss. I don't know whether it is myth or truth but in my case it is true.

    BF : red poha upma
    lunch : rice + rasam + fish fry
    evng : made butter cookies with my DD , so ate 4 cookies
    dinner : 3 idlis + chutney , sambar, vada curry (outside food)
    water 2 lts

    workouts
    cardio 60 mins
    abs floor exercises 30 mins
    love handle challenge day 7 done

    sorry for not updating here... both my kids are sick.. down with cold flu throat infection... now daughter is getting better.. but son is sick now....

    my diet is on track.. only weekend had biryani... walking everyday!!!!

    dinner 1 1/2 ragi dosa with mix veg sambhar , 1 plate of cucumber and carrot slices,

    1 mile spot jog
    2 mile LS walk
    lunges, squats, situps, side bends, twists, push ups to walls - 2 *20 counts
