    this weekend was quite good regarding diet

    yesterday "
    bf: ragi dosa with tomato chutney
    lunch: lauki thepla (inspired by sravani's kale theplas), mix veg gravy with coconut
    snk: channa chat and orange
    dinner: chapathi with the left over kurma

    30 min spot jogging
    1 mile outside walk
    Today

    bf: ragi dosa with chutney podi, 1 mg sandwich
    lunch : raddish theplas, todu-paneer in palak gravy
    snack: dhokla and orange
    dinner: thepla

    workouts
    30 min spot jogging
    2 mile ls walk
    1/2 mile outside walk

    thank u pranavi & mahe, i put on 1kg wt after my vacation, i cannot reduce the gained wt, so trying little harder. on friday i was very tired after doing my workouts then to went for group class, saturday's i dont do any workouts but this week i did it. tried to stop white stuffs little by little, this week for 3 days i cut off rice totally dint take in any form(idli, dosai....) . Moreover got weight loss challenge in my gym, after giving the name weight is only increasing so shd take more care.

    23rd nov

    BF : 3 idlis + mutton kulambu
    lunch : rice + fish curry + fish fry
    evng : 4 oats biscuits
    dinner : 2 idlis + 1 dosai + fish curry
    water 1.5 lt

    My LO was sick again...Diet and exercise were good.Could not continue love handles challenge...stopped at 4 days challenge.
    Planning to start fresh from tommarow.
