weightloss friends group 2014

    hai gals, couldn't able to login bcous of my migraine headache. my diet was super gd, workout also was too gd.21 st nov

    BF banana + milk
    lunch quinoa + sambar + greens + kovakai
    evng green tea + 2 small murukkus
    dinner not yet planned.

    workouts
    cardio 45 mins ( treadmill, elliptical , cycle)
    core exercises 30 mins
    stepboard group class 30 mins
    love handle challenge 5th day done.

    EM : arugampul + thulasi+ ginger juice
    BF : 3 poori's + potato
    lunch : rice + sambar + mutton fry
    evng : 4 slices brown bread
    dinner : 2 dosai + kollu podi + mutton + milk

    water 2 lts

    workouts
    love handle challenge day 6 done
    cardio, abs & stretches 20 mins.

    Hi All,

    I was not very good at both Diet or Exercise during last week due to heavy work load and home front work...Some how I have been on & off working out and also same way diet. There were few misses in Diet & Exercise last week...

    With that I didnt lose any weight nor increased any...gud know....:). I am standing at 65 now....Happy for myself, that with all your regular motivation I have lost 4 kgs in almost one month's time...:2thumbsup:. I would like to continue same way with all your suggestions and motivation towards my destination..........52 kgs (ofcourse long way to go....).

    I will again start working and updating from next comming tuesday as Today is rest day and Mondays are always hectic for me....

    Thanks all........And keep going and Keep pushing ppl like me...;)

    Thanks Mahe... Planned to exercise atleast 5 days a week as it is becoming difficult to do workouts in the weekend. Posting here makes me keep control of my diet :)
