    friday saturday sunday was ok for me.. diet was little out of track but walked a lot... will start fresh from tomorrow...btt

    Treadmill - 55 mins (couldn't note down calories)
    Elliptical - Burnt 50 calories

    Nov 15:

    Bf - bournvita (with brown sugar), 2 wheat bread slices
    Lunch - Temple prasadam (sweet pongal, spicy pongal & curd rice)
    Dinner - Chilly Chicken, Romali roti, malai kofta, fruit ice cream (Anniversary Dinnerhugsmiley)

    No ex :biggrin2: just climbing stairs at home.

    Hi friends,

    Yesterday was a day well spent. I could say I am back to my earlier routine.

    Update for 16.11.2014

    EM: Water
    Breakfast: 3 idlis with Tomato chutney + Green tea
    Lunch: Rice with dry fish gravy + Boiled egg + sauted greens + Curd with Sugar (I've a sweet tooth yumsmiley)
    MA: Green Tea
    Evening: sweet + murukku + Coffee
    Dinner: 2 Idlis with tomato chutney

    Water: 3 litres
    Exercise: 35 mins (LS 2 mile walk + 5 mins in twister and massager)

    Bf. 2 chapatti + orange juice
    lunch. Rice + fish curry
    dinner. Made mutton briyani

    Water. 2 lts

    Workout
    cardio. 30 mins
    strength training with ball & D/B 30 mins
    love handle challenge day 1 done
    stretch exercise 10 mins

    Melon.... same here ... walked a lot but little more junk and also sitting in a place as of ds's studies.... so gained a little

    This week i will be acitve.. i hope so... i planned so much of home chores to make me active other than workouts....

    weekend diet was good , Prepared fish biriyani . For myself I prepared with brown rice and had without guilt. No junk and No sweets . Sat and Sunday no exercise.
