    ladies, I have to opt out of achieving 100 miles...been a stressful weekend and going to be ths week too..
    I managed to do a mile today..I am hoping to walk ..though not 100 miles but whatever possible..already one of them commented that i look like lost some weight..so want to keep going as much as possible..
    on optimistic note, i still have 13 more days in this month..Can still attempt for 40 miles :)
