Which oil or herb can turn hair brown?

    Please tell me which oil or herbs you have used that can turn hair on scalp brown. Coconut oil makes my hair become very black. Will boiling henna leaves and using it as a wash work? It is not available locally here and I want your opinions before placing my order. Thanks everyone.

    Boil coconut oil with curry leaves and henna leaves.... let it cool.. strain and use... this will give good copper brown colour to your hair

    I read a post on another site that boiling fresh sage and using the water to rinse grey hair is said to dye the grey brown - BUT IT TAKES TIME. I have never tried it.
