    Thank you for your inspiration! You are tempting me to increase my miles and Iam loving it! This is exactly what I need from a thread.
    I would be going for vacation in December and whatever target I need to hit this year I need to make it in November and I wanted some push from somewhere to increase my workouts...and you both are perfectly doing it! Thanks a ton!

    04/11 - 3 miles (Did 1 hr workout but all with low intensity + abs fitness blender )
    05/11 - 3 miles (simple Zumba moves + abs fitness blender )
    06/11 - 4 miles ( 3 miles LS + abs fitness blender )

    09/11 - 2 miles (including abs and LS )

    Today no workout, I am again having pain I shouldn't have strained myself y'day consulted the physician and I have been asked to take full rest which is really hard with baby.......... ....I am putting weight :( as I haven't been able to do proper workouts since last few days.......

    Pumpkin get well soon......take it slowly..With baby it's hard to get everything done wait till baby is an yr old you don't have to workout no more......running behind baby is more than enough...
