70 KG taj mahal to 60 KG taj mahal.

    Months: Jan-March: Without diet and exercise-excess food: i stayed in 77kg
    April-July:With normal intake and no exercise: i went down to 73kg but weight became still there.

    I started proper weight loss regime in july end (last week), when i was 73 kgs.
    Now, today in november start I am 62.8 kgs or may be even less( as gym weight machine projects 1 kg high :) )

    your diet and my diet almost same... I have reduced 2 kg in a month only with diet.. Cheat day is my sunday where i take lavish full meals. where rice will be mere less.

    Thanks a lot for sharing, i will follow yours one day and follows mine one day... i am down with fever coz of work out.. but hubby is encouraging me still go, dont stop for your body resistance and strike. Be stuborn and adament, your body will hear you... still i missed gym today as i dozzed off.

    thank you dear... Yet my diet councelling is pending from my gym side. once my diet is been prescribed in the gym will share it here.. tomorrow i will get it here.. i am ok with my BMI where i have to reduce only fat. which can be reduced in a week. This is what told in my gym. Let me talk to the trainers and have to concentrate on my tummy. :) biniki body is in making...
