idi varaku,i guess 2 to 2.5 months back nenu 152..ippudu 149...3lbs tagganu...kaani again nenu weight taggadaniki try cheyydam ledu...diet change cheyyadam valla and yoga/walk valla i think taggutunnanu anukonta.

Morning breakfast:3 idli or oatmeal at 8.45am Smoothi:10 am to 11am(i will be drinking very slowly) 12.30 lunch,3 chapathi and lots of curry. 20 minutes walk. 2.45/3pm: 1 cup of nuts 4./4.30:cup coffee(sometimes) or oatmeal(if i didnt eat in the morning) 7pm-rice with curry etc. and do the chores..by 9.30,all the rice will be digested and just drink 1 cup of milk before sleep. and do yoga for atleast 15 to 20mts in a day
