Lose weight with Hypothyroid and PCOS

    Hello Gals,

    Good to see you back.

    I'm just maintain with up and downs my weight.Even If I maintain for sometime that is good.

    I'm increasingly doing good with food

    Yesterday my diet oct'6th 2014

    AM
    coffe
    500ml water
    moong dal dosa(2)

    Lunch
    1/2cup rice + sambar
    apple

    4PM
    tea+some snacks

    6.30PM
    1 bowl soup and veggie wrap.

    3miles LS walk + 1 mile walk at office

    Hello Bowya and Sujatha,

    Thankyou.I did walked for 35miles last week and some stretching excercises.Good sign was this time i did not have any premenstrual symptoms like anxiety,seizures,irritation etc before i got my menstrual cycle last night. Iam glad that adding some more miles of walk is helping me fight premenstrual symptoms apart from Weight loss!

    This week i have introduced Barley soup and Barley water into my diet which has many health benefits like : help in weightloss by flushing the toxins out,hydrating the body while workouts ,lowers the cholestrol and regulates/lower the Blood sugar levels(Ps : Women with PCOS has a risk of increased insulin levels).

    Lunch - curd rice + veggie
    Dinner - chapathi + tomato kurma
    Snack - dates, biscuit

    Workout - 1 hr cardio

    Workouts - Cardio 1/2 hr

    Diet - 09/10/2014

    Fasting so had fruits and juices only. Had a cup of moong dhal keer as well.

    Workout - 1 hr walk in mall

    for the past 4 days my diet & my workout was good. i' am feeling light , reached 57kgs .
    i am planning to reduce 2 more kgs & then toning my body . my tummy got reduced now no more tyre but 2 more inches to reduce( now tummy not showing off even if i put slim fit dress). my workouts & diet has done everything. now planning to do body shaping & toning workouts.

    Thank u galz for it , without ur motivation nothing would have happend :Bow:.

    After 2 weeks i am going abroad for vacation, so will do workouts & diet regularly.
    next week fully from 12th to 19 th going in for no rice challenge, let me try it.

    Hello girls,

    How are u all? Busy with diwali preparations.. Not followed any diet or workouts.. Been to walk whenever i find time. Reached 70 kgs. And 3-4kgs more to go...Will be regular from this week. Dont know how to control craving for sweets in this festive mood:hide:

    for the past 3 days no diet & no workouts. my DH going abroad today so very busy with packing & last min shopping, lots & lots of work so couldn't follow any diet , jus eating everything on my way. from 2morrow i will again start my diet & workout.

    nothing went good as i thought , i had a severe cold & cough, so took medicines for that felt very sleepy , so past 2 days sleeping all the time, no workout, no diet.
    2day felt little better so did abs, core & stretch exercises for 30 mins.

    how about u all galz? how was ur diwali celebrations?

    Hi All,

    Happy Diwali!!I have been walking the same 6-8miles a day making about 40-55miles a week,where 10miles in a week is only for stretching and remaining miles is brisk walk.I had Rice(1cup cooked) twice day all the week along but was watching for calories .I see my weight is again back to 183pounds from 182pounds last week which may be due to ovulation times or may b bcoz iam eating rice.I will watch out from now again.

    How are you all,any changes in the weight?
