Hi Sanjitha, Congratulations!!! During my pregnancy, I had a normal meal, nothing extra. Few things to avoid: 1. Mango 2. Papaya 3. Use sunflower oil for cooking (Other oil such as rapseed oil are too hot for the body) Things I had more: 1. I could not drink coffee, so I switched to drinking choclate 2. I had milk regularly 3. I like veggies, so I used to eat less quantity of rice and stuff with vegetables 4. I took Folic acid tablets during the first three months
