Here is what I had been suggested: To do: Prenatal vitamins Calcium rich foods (like milk/cheese/yogurt) Iron Rice food (greens) As much fresh fruit and veggies as possible proteins rich food like chicken/tofu etc drink as much water as possible Avoid: Anything with mercury content (like some kinds of fish) caffeine (like coffee/coke etc; limited quantity should be ok smoking and alcohol Good luck ladies
Hi ladies, Congratulations on your pregnancy, I am 6weeks pregnant, I was asked to avoid spicy food and caffeine products and to have food in regular intervals(min 2hrs) and dont forget to do walking atleast 30-45mins in a day,Plan your diet as per schedule,EAT Healthy,Be Positive&Live Happily!!!!
