    Friday I did Abs challenge Day2. Food was Ok.
    Saturday 3 miles walk and till evening only fruits and milk. Evening went to a friends house, had Pav Baaji, rice and sweets.
    Sunday 2 miles walk. Diet was bad . Pizza, vada, halwa:bonk...

    I did nothing from friday till sunday! friday I did abs day 2...and then nothing for next 2 days...there was so much going on!

    October is full of festivities n other things!

    anyway went to gym today...

    13th Oct
    3 miles in 40 minutes [ran 2 miles :banana]
    Abs- Day 3

    @SGA: that's ok dear, i thought so that some of you have done this already... don't think i'll see any difference either...just giving it a try..i did day 3 today after a 2 days break...lol..let's see if I can finish this!

    -Abs challenge day 5 [day 4 was rest day, I didn't take any because I had already taken 2 days break after day 2]
    -10 minutes thigh workout 5 Best THIGH SLIMMING Exercises - YouTube

    I did this thigh workout today as I have been wanting to try some pilates for a long time now...found this channel.. blogilates - YouTube

    it's good but exercises are really challenging..I think I died doing this 10 minute thigh workout..plus my back hurts now :(
