My 3rd time weight loss challenge: Working mom with 2 kids

    I'm back too !


    Oct 6 - 3.5 miles burnt more than 300 calories and yes, I'm already back in my pre- preg wt and started getting comments that I look skinny and no cheeks . Have few lbs to lose (tummy area) and then maintenance !


    I just got a new laptop as a gift today :) I'm in cloud nine lol :party

    Update for October 6th
    BF:1 home made banana muffin and cereal and milk
    lunch:pasta and green beans
    Snack:banana and few peanuts

    Dinner:rice,fish curry and vegetable

    Exercise 60 min brisk walking

    Breakfast - bournvita, wheat bread, soaked almonds, fruit smoothie (apple, banana, strawberry and blackberry)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, vegetable, egg & yogurt
    Eve - dates, grapes
    Dinner - dosa, curry & milk (yet to)

    Workout:
    Treadmill - 3 miles
    Elliptical - 15 mins
    Climbing stairs
    Squats

    dear all,
    im not posting my diet and workouts because my gym is closed since midddle of last week. diet is going on good. no junk beside tea and coffee once per day. and workouts is mainly spot jog 3 to 4 miles.

    will start updating from tommorow.

    It's been long ,we met in a forum though we have contact in other means. I am really proud of u n ur weight loss. After seeing u recently, I felt I should do something to loss my weight and get fit. I like to join with your weight loss journey ,can I!!?

    BF:pita with egg and 1/2 cup milk,banana
    Lunch: pasta and beans
    Snack: ritz crackers and some pistachios,kashi cracker
    Dinner: 2 dosa with sambhar
    Exercise: 50 min brisk walking, 10 min zumba

    Hi anitha,
    I am trying to follow diet and do some exercise. I tried to go for walk but climate here is not stable and also my health. so at present i am just following diet.do some exercise in home and avoid some junk food like pizza and outside food as much as i could and past one month i am not taking soda. let me give a try this time too and reduce some weight< but i need motivation to do this...
