    i dont know.. the thread is extremely inactive now.. not sure what to do.. not to mention you and farha dont post weights any more.. and satchi needs rests in between weighing.. and i have no weighing machine and only take measurements to make sure i dont gain.. :|

    update for 2nd oct

    breakfast: 3 slices multigrain bread with jam and tea
    lunch: 3 capatis with sambar and tofu
    snack: banana
    dinner: rice, sambar, tofu and vege

    workout: brisk walking 4 miles

    i think monthly weigh will be good idea. at least we can see better result.

    Minara, i dont post my weight bcz m doing the consolidation. So i show it in progress.. Bt i have to keep asking everyone to post weights every week and i hope u can understand how that feels.. its very inactive, yes. There are very few participants.. so lets do monthly until it picks up speed again hopefully.. :-(

    HI,
    Today :

    6 am - 1/2 ltr water
    7 am - coffee
    8.40 am - 1 banana and 2 plums
    11.30 am - 2 roti with chutney
    4 pm - 2 cream biscuit
    6.30 pm - 3 vadai, 1/2 cup payasam n 5 tbsp sundal

    Exercise:
    30 min brisk walk

    oops sorry, i thought you were maintaining or something.. i guess it was during my few visits last month or so when you said you were fed up with your weight not budging or something so you were going to focus on toning?
    i know.. having to keep asking for weight updates is very annoying.. i guess we should post often with our updates and chit chat a little and i'm sure within no time the activity will increase like before..

    Yea. I'm trying to tone.. but thr r always weight fluctuations happening that i keep a note of.. so i reflect the same in progress report.

    yea, i guess so...

    when i did jm's 30 ds last month, i only lost inches.. didnt lose any weight.. i was kind of disappointed.. lopst 3 inches at the waist, 2 inches at the hips, 1.5 inches at the bra band (the best thing tht happenned to me cos i hadnt lost any inches there since march!)

    Thats great. N thats wt progress is.. not the number on the scale..

    People lose loads of kgs n look skinny fat n that should not b the aim..
