    welcome uma to the thread.

    30th sept
    BF : 2 dosai + onion chutney
    lunch : rice + puli kulambu + egg omlete
    evng : sundal in beach
    dinner : 1/2 plate fried rice

    1st oct
    BF : 2 appam + panner, mutter masala
    lunch : rice + fish curry + fish fry
    dinner : 2 dosai + fish curry.

    Hi,

    My [COLOR=#009900 !important]weight[/COLOR] is 62 kg.(10/1/2014) and my goal weight is 55 kg .

    [FONT=Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]yday:[/FONT]

    6 am-1/2 ltr water once i got up
    7 am - coffee
    8.30 am - 2 dosa without oil and chutney
    12 pm - 2 phulka with brinjal gravy
    4.30 pm - 2 cream biscuit
    6.30 pm - 2 dosa with chutney

    Exercise:
    10 min [COLOR=#009900 !important]ab exercise[/COLOR]

    breakfast: 3 slices multigrain bread with jam and tea
    lunch: 3 capatis with sambar and tofu
    snack: banana
    dinner: rice, sambar, tofu and vege

    workout: briskwalking 4 miles

    6.30 pm - 3 vadai, 1/2 cup payasam n 5 tbsp sundal

    my diet was gd for the past three days, but no workouts got my periods. from monday i will start my workout.
