    I am targeting at reducing junk and fried foods and daily walks at least for 20 mins.

    morning lemon, honey with warm water.
    minimal intake of rice.
    make sure calories intake not more than 1500.

    I am planning to do once in a week fruit and milk diet.

    avoiding dinner after 8pm.
    lot of water.

    30 mins walk or workouts.

    Hi,
    I like to start my weight loss journey from today.
    My weight today is 62 kg.(10/1/2014) and my goal weight is 55 kg .

    today :

    6 am-1/2 ltr water once i got up
    7 am - coffee
    8.30 am - 2 dosa without oil and chutney
    12 pm - 2 phulka with brinjal gravy
    4.30 pm - 2 cream biscuit
    6.30 pm - 2 dosa with chutney

    Exercise:
    10 min ab exercise
    30 min brisk walking

    I am not, not sure if I can reduce 4 kg. Can everybody put their starting weight as of October 1. We can see by Oct 31 how mush we have reduced. Mine is 139 lb or 63.2kg.

    Today :

    6 am - 1/2 ltr water

    8.40 am - 1 banana and 2 plums
    11.30 am - 2 roti with chutney
    4 pm - 2 cream biscuit
    6.30 pm - 3 vadai, 1/2 cup payasam n 5 tbsp sundal

    Exercise:
    30 min brisk walk

    Tea + 1 biskit
    brown rice khichdi
    Tea + namkeen
    3 roti + sabji

    15 mins small joint exercises

    As i have a small baby of 2 month old, i am little slow on workout and have a little bigger appetite. Need to change the diet to a healthier option and increase my workouts. Will check my weight and update tomorrow.
