    29th sept:

    mrng : kellogs and 1 rava idly

    afternoon : salad, boiled moong dhal, 1.5 chapatti and butter milk

    evng : 2 chocolates and 2 cream cracker biscuit.

    nite : 1 sooji dosa, brown rice with sambar and beet root vegetable, milk.

    no exercise :(


    to compensate yesterday'sstuff, planning to do 1 hr exercises and as far possible fruit diet.

    update for 30th sept:

    breakfast: 3 slices multi grain bread with butter jam and tea
    lunch: vegetable soup, egg and brown rice
    snack: one banana
    dinner: same as lunch

    workout:
    4 miles on elliptical machine

    breakfast: oats ponggal
    lunchL oats ponggal
    snack: one banana
    dinner: 3 capatis with sambar

    workout:
    3 miles spot jog

    Hm, my weight is still at 66kg

    Hi,
    I like to start my weight loss journey from today.
    My weight today is 62 kg.(10/1/2014) and my goal weight is 55 kg .

    today :

    6 am-1/2 ltr water once i got up
    7 am - coffee
    8.30 am - 2 dosa without oil and chutney
    12 pm - 2 phulka with brinjal gravy
    4.30 pm - 2 cream biscuit
    6.30 pm - 2 dosa with chutney

    Exercise:
    10 min ab exercise
    30 min brisk walking

    i was down with fever too for the past two days.. today just a headache and stuffed nose and feeling so terribly tired.. urgh...

    that flat i was supposed to be in isnt ready yet.. temporarily in a house with just one stand fan and i literally camp out in front of it all day long... today i plan to do some stretching at least.. the lack of workouts is affecting me..
