I think, since the lehanga is already having a satin lining, a legging vl be better. But make sure the legging is of the same color as the lehanga.
Alternatively, if you want full flares for the lehanga, a satin petticoat vl b good, becoz, the legging might not give you the required flare and the lehanga might just drop down and stay limp on your body.
