Prasadham : Moong Dal Sundal Recipe : Wash moong dal and boil for 8 to 10 mins with water, salt, turmeric powder and little oil Oil is added to avoid stickiness Drain the water and keep it aside In a pan , Heat oil,add mustard seeds, hing powder, green chillies,curry leaves,grated fresh ginger,grated coconut. Add the boiled moong dal and stir it well for 2-3 mins

sprouted green gram dal sundal... needs 1.green gram dal - 1 c 2. salt -little 3.mustard - 1tsp 4.urad dal - 1tsp 5.red chilly -1 6.curry leaves 7.oil method 1.soak the green gram dal for a night 2. remove the water ..it sprouted within a day 3.cook it till soft 4.then heat little oil and add mustard,urad dal and curry leaves finally add salt mix it
