Which eye liner/kajal is this?

    I always wonder about applying eye liner on the lower eye lid. I came across a cover photo of a tamil magazine recently and was wondering which eye liner/kajal was that? I am attaching the photo here. Can any one look at and tell me which brand of eye liner gives me this effect? This shiny dark black effect on the lower eye lid is through eye liner or kajal or eye pencil? and which brand?

    hi,

    even i was curious to know which kajal would give that shine...was waiting if anyone would post a reply...am personally using colossal kajal from maybelline...but haven't used it so thick as in the picture...anyway its good and smudge free and long lasting...but when i searched for shining kajal...i got this in image result...may be you can try this....kajal from himalaya

    I think it might be a Mac pencil or gel eyeliner... If I want the shiny look add a bit of any light colour eyeshadow after applying eye pencil...

    You could try for gel liner that will be better for and it will show an very good getup for you.

    lakme eyeconic kajal,

    maybelline colossal kajal

    Loreal Kajal majic

    have tried all 3 above, and when you draw on hand it looks thick and dark,
    but while applying below/above eyes its not all that dark.


    Beautician said, after using those kajal, they use brush to get it dark...


    I now stick to Lakme, i felt its darker out of above 3.

    Hey Nirmal, On my personal experience, the himalaya kajal will get smudged and overtime (may be in 2-3 hrs) my entire lower lid had a black shade. so cautioning you :)
    Loreal, mabelline kajal pens are working fine for lower lid.. when applied thick they give a darker finish and yup, they are smudge free! And Loreal gel eyeliner is great for upper lid.. But none of the above have that shine.. it might be a liquid liner with shiny finish

    Regarding Loreal and Maybelline kajal pens, is the name itself is kajal pen?

    I use Lakme eyeconic kajal..But it doesn't give that shine and after may be 4 hrs, it vanishes from where I applied and forms like a dark circle :)

    Maybelline hyper glossy liquid liner gives a glossy shiny finish actually.... Been using for a year... It's great...
