    Sujatha... Relax... If you are going for vacation... Enjoy it... As soon as you come here you can follow good diet and workout to reduce those increased weigh... So enjoy your days over there without any stress about weight gain...

    Sahithya.... Congrats for your weightloss and the appreciation we got... If you are going to be hostel, be depend on raw veggies, fruits, dry fruits and nuts.. As you can't cook over there you can have for your hunger pans... All the best to you.

    update for 19th aug

    breakfast: wholemeal bread with butter and tea (2 slices)
    lunch: chicken rice
    snack: muffin
    dinner: 2 chapatis with sambar and chutney

    workout:
    3 miles on treadmill (180 calories)
    2 miles on spot jog (160 calories)

    Breakfast - 1 or 2 slices plain wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar),home made fruit smoothie (included banana, apple, raspberry, blueberries & water)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, home made yogurt, vegetable, 1 boiled egg white & 1 glass buttermilk
    Eve - 1 cucumber & tea
    Dinner - idly with curry
    1 multivitamin

    Workout :

    • Climbing stairs (at home)
    • Treadmill - Distance: 3.2 Calories:320 Time:60
    • Arm ex
    • Basic Squats - 10
    • Plus, I burn more calories while pumping milk for my baby
    Overall, a great day with respect to food diet and workouts.

    • Brisk walking 60 mins (includes jogging)

    workouts. I'm entering into my last milestone (another 10 lbs to reduce) :thumbsup

    • Total calories burnt at gym: 396 (close to 400, Yah !!!!!) plus few more calories during pumping sessions
