    What can we eat to prevent (before time)wrinkles.someone told me eating coconut,almonds & dates prevent wrinkles.what you say

    Fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants and nutrients it will help your skin to prevent some skin problems. There are many products that contain Vitamin C because Vitamin C is really good for our skin. It helps our skin to become glowing and brighter.     Even i heard almonds are gud . Soak them overnight to have in the morning.

    Best thing to prevent wrinkle is sun protection. Anti wrinkle creams only make them less visible but not prevent them. Use broad spectrum sun screen suitable for your skin type and avoid harsh sun. Sleep on your back. sleeping in certain positions night after night leads to "sleep lines -- wrinkles that become etched into the surface of the skin and don't disappear once you're up. Sleeping on your side increases wrinkles on cheeks and chin, while sleeping face-down gives you a furrowed brow. So sleep on ur back.

    Don't squint or rest the face on ur palm thus pressing it too much, any repetitive facial movement -- like squinting -- overworks facial muscles, forming a groove beneath the skin's surface. This groove eventually becomes a wrinkle.

    Eat more soya containing food, also avocados, blueberries, tomatoes, green leafy vegetables etc. And good sleep is also good.

    Eat blueberries, red/dark orange vegetables and tomatoes, these are powerful skin friendly antioxidants to prevent/reduce wrinkles.

    I would like to suggest some fruits and vegetables for wrinkle care :

    1. Fruits and vegetables are useful for skin. You need to eat a well-balanced diet to have healthy-looking skin. To fight wrinkles, though, certain foods are a must,

    2. Blueberries and other berries are packed with powerful antioxidants called poly phenols. Eat one or more 1/2-cup servings daily; because berries are typically treated with a lot of pesticides, choose organic if possible.

    3. kale is rich in the antioxidant lute in and contains iron, which transports oxygen to your skin, and vitamin A, which helps prevent premature aging. Eat two or more 1/2-cup servings of kale or other greens a day.

    4. Red or dark orange vegetables are loaded with the antioxidant vitamins A and E and bioflavonoids, which moisturize and heal your skin. Eat two or more 1/2-cup servings a day of red peppers, carrots, beets, or similarly colored veggies.

    Yes, this fruits are rich in antioxidants so include this on your diet ladies. I love eating fresh berries because it has also Vitamin C. Carrots has beta carotene also it will prevent premature skin aging as well.
