    update 12th aug

    breakfast: aata flour puttu with tea
    lunch: fried noodles
    snack: papaya and 4 pieces of kesari
    dinner: 2 chapatis with chutney

    work out:
    didnt go to gym. spot jog for 1.55 hrs (at 3 times interval) 6 miles and burnt 475 calories

    sorry gals couldnot update for so long , my diet & workouts are gd.

    i went to shop to get dresses for me . before the size was large, now medium itself is loose, i can fit into slim fits. my DH said i look beautiful in the slim fit Kurtis( after a very long time he is saying this), some inches has reduced , no more big tummy even if i wear tight dress cant see my tummy tucking out.:yes: Gals if i can do it u also can do it.

    13th august
    BF : 1 cup oats
    aftnoon: 1 cup chikku milkshake
    late afttn: rice + fish curry + 2 fish fry
    dinner mostly idli
    water : 1 lt ( throat pain cant drink or swallow, by night i will drink 1 lt more)

    workouts
    treadmill 15 mins
    elliptical 15 mins
    cycling 15 mins
    Abs exercises 15 mins
    group class - step board & stretch exercises 30 mins
    very very very tired today ( even tired i am so happy i can see change in my figure)

    lunch: instant magee in cup
    late afternoon: fried rice
    snack: cucumber and carrot
    dinner: one capati with mint chutney

    workout:
    spot jog for 1.37 hours, 4 miles and burnt 486 calories
