i'm experiencing severe hair loss.. anyone had it post delivery / bf ing or due to ex?

 

I did..tried the ramdev baba oil..It stinked but really helped me..Not sure what the exact name is..will find out and let you know..

 

I've an oil shop at home .. Olive, almond oil, coconut , bio , castor , tea tree n what not !

Food:
Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar) & 1 big glass of smoothie(1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries, few blackberries, added few pomegranate seeds. No sugar. No milk)
Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, cabbage, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
Snacks - 1 coconut donut shared with my mom
Dinner - 2 dosa, little upma

Workout:
Climbing stairs at home
Floor ex - Arm circles, Lateral lifts, military press, bicep curls, triceps overhead extension with 3 lb weights (didn't get time more time to do just did for 10 mins )
Treadmill - 60 mins (in inclined mode)
Normal walk - 20 mins

Overall, a great day

 

in the 4 months old infant thread they say.. when baby starts smiling n looking at mom, she will have hair fall seems.. Don't know to believe such things..

 

Yes.. Kuzhandhai mugam parthal mudi kottum .. gigglingsmiley .. might be due to changing breast milk composition to meet baby's nutrition needs..

don't worry anitha, it will stop..I had it for one month and now its fine..

 

update for 6th aug

breakfast: ragi puttu with banana (no sugar and tea)
lunch: fried pearl barley rice
snack: one corn, small piece of fruit cake and few potato chips
dinner: 2 chapati with sambar

workout: spot jog for 1 hr ( 200 calories, 3 miles)
gym closed again for aircon work.

 

mummies,
in my country, malays said once the baby starts spraying its saliva, the mummy's hair start drop. i dont know what is the connection.
normally its happens when babies are around 4 month old. i experienced hair loss too.
