Working Moms Daily workout Group...

    Food - Normal
    Junk - Parle G, pizza & bread sticks :)
    Workout - Arm ex (along with my hubby who gives the best gym company ever!)


    Aug 3:
    Food - Normal
    Junk - Parle G biscuits
    Workout - Planning for a 30 mins walk lets see how it goes :)


    The best part is, I'm still maintaining my lost weight.


    I'll be back on track from Monday!

    update for 3rd Aug,

    food normal
    junks: tea and one small chocolate bar

    workouts:
    total 10000 steps (1 hr walking+ jogging at park and same place walking)
    (4 miles and burnt 320 calories)

    Not feeling happy with my progress in weight loss.. even after walking minimum 3 miles everyday, have n't lost a bit this week :hide: .. I was looking for 1/2 kg less in my scale but it did not.. should change my diet and see if that works out..

    I have started calorie counting and let me see how it goes..

    update for 4th aug
    breakfast: 2 slices white bread with butter and peanut butter
    lunch: rice, sambar and celery
    snack: banana
    dinner: not yet (planning to have thosai)

    workout:
    30 mins on eliptical burnt 340 calories , 4 miles
    30 X standing bicep curls
    15 lunges and 15 squats

    Hi all,

    Great going everyone..

    I had a chemical peel done last Thursday..so no workout for 3 days...also had my AF..so gave a break..will resume workout from today..

    On a side note, any Chennaites here know where we get Pre-stitched sarees in Chennai?

    hi... in the beginning you will get disappointed but next time check it after two weeks.. for sure you will see change if not a lot but for sure little change... don't get disappointed... finish that 100 miles you are for sure going to see some change in your weight....

    oh my I forgot to update my weight.. eventhou I didn't work out for a week my weight stayed the same I am so hapy for that... it 119.8 lbs.... I only want to lose one lb for month that's enough for me I need to keep working on my abs, arms workout.. I just want to reach to 115 lbs that's it...
