    Take care and try to avoid high calorie food till you start workouts.. I know that it in not possible with your busy schedule. But try your best.

    For the past three days had lots of junk as mom and bro were at home.. Today also because of adai kerthigai, had full lunch but with thinai rice , stir fried vada and one spn playas am.
    Will start posting from tomorrow's diet.

    breakfast: 2 ragi thosai with sambar
    lunch: vege salads (celery, carrot, cucumber, baby tomato) with pinch of salt and pepper
    dinner: not yet, planning to have 2 ragi thosai

    Update for July 19 :
    Food Diet - As usual
    Junk - pop corn, murukku n sweets (from India)
    Workout - Climbing stairs at home


    Update for July 20 :
    Food Diet - As usual
    Junk - murukku n sweets (from India) .. Sweets will get over soon then planning to be on a strict diet
    Workout - Climbing stairs at home, 30 mins normal walk


    My diet is going bad for the last few days due to snacks from India :( errrr... Waiting for it to get over soon !
    hopefully my elder one finishes it fast as it was sent for him by my MIL from India.. Along with him, me n hubby are munching it gigglingsmiley


    Wt update:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 20 - 152.8 lbs (lowest)


    I see my wt fluctuating between 152.8 and 153.8 lbs due to periods. I'll update the correct weight after few days.

    Update - 21/07:

    6 am to 7.30 pm - 2 cups of coffee + 1 cup milk. (Fasting day).
    7.30 pm - 1/2 cup payasam + 1 vadai
    10 pm - 3 idli with sambar + 1/2 cup payasam + 1 vadai.
    11.30 - coconut biscuits. I was watching TV and I did not realize how many I ate :hide:

    Yesterday's update:
    Morning:Oats+strawberries+yogurt+date (1)+1 ww bread+peanut butter
    MM: 1 banana
    Lunch: 1 serving alu, gobi, peas curry+1.5 chapathi+salad (big portion)
    Eve: 1 ww bread+peanut butter
    Dinner: 3 servings schezwan rice (home made with 1 tsp oil)
    Wanted to avoid rice, but reached home late and this was the only option.

    Exercise: 30 mins C25K W2D3.

    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup tea + 2 biscuits ( bournbon )
    2 chapaties + tindora curry + 1 glass buttermilk
    1 cup coffee + 1 small banana
    2 chapaties + black chana curry + salad + buttermilk

    bfast: uppuma and tea
    lunch: half plate rice with sambar and cucumber raita
    dinner: noodles
    snack: few snacks and chips

    workouts:
    45 mins fast walk at park (not able to run due to period)


    mahe, how about vege salads with yogourt ( home made tairu) dressing? is better than mayo or still bad?

    Food:
    Breakfast - 1 wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita, 1 glass smoothie (1 apple, 1 banana, few blueberries, few strawberries)
    Lunch - Roti, brown rice, curry, beetroot, 1 egg, 2 cucumber & yogurt
    Snack - murukku n sweets (from India)
    Dinner - Roti

    Workout:
    Climbing stairs at home
    Treadmill - 30 mins
    Floor ex - 30 mins
