    1/7/2014:

    Diet;
    BF: Multigrain Kanji+ Sprouts salad
    MN: Cup of coffee
    Noon: Rice with chicken, curd
    Evening: coffee
    Dinner: Tomato soup and 1 adai
    Late night had a glass of milk with ginger and spices(to fight with the URI)

    NO EXERCISE:-(

    Last 10 days was pretty hectic. Couldn't find time to update:(

    Yesterday:

    BF: multigrain kanji
    MM: white tea
    Noon: 3 chapathis with kathamba kootu and curd
    MN: coffee with oats rasins cookies(4 in no)
    Dinner:semiya upma+ boost:(

    Good that I lost one kg by controlling portions and avoiding junk
    The challenge is to exercise regularly
