    Dear Sri,

    please go to a podiatrist. Also go to walking store and get fitted good shoes for workout, it is worth it and you are WORTH IT.

    Life intervened and couldn't update! Sorry friends.

    I kept strict vigil on intake of junk all days:) , but again sporadic on exercise:(
    Will regularise it this week. So my Score would be 5/10 for the first part of this month.

    Happy news is that I lost one kg by controlling the portios and avoiding junk totally:)

    I stopped counting calories after 2 weeks break in between...I think, this is also the reason I am going wrong. Need to re start the math processing of foods...

    When six long time members of this forum taught me the concept of Calorie counting, I never thought it would be so easy , practical and sensible.

    It greatly helps me to do restrained eating. When you spend money you have to count, otherwise you will spend lavishly.

    Same way, in food calorie intake also, unless you count, you will consume them lavishly.

    Break fast : 1 wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita
    Lunch: wheat chapati, brown rice, curry, cabbage, 1 boiled egg
    Post lunch: 1 big glass of butter milk
    Eve: coffee & parle G biscuit after a long time notdonesmiley
    Dinner: 2 spoon noodles & dosa
    1 multivitamin

    Rest day
