    if anybody is looking for rental property in the area, i am planning to rent mine as 2bhk woodwork,acs,ro, inverter,chimney and hob.. very close to schools, mount station, shops and bus stop. pm me for more details. a family friend also has a 3bhk in the same complex..it is a gated community with amenities.
