    today's update (3rd july)

    breakfast: 2 slices bread with tuna and tea
    lunch: 2 pieces of malay bajji and celery+ carrot sticks
    dinner: one thosai and with tea

    workouts:
    40 mins, 35 mins on cross trainer. burnt 400 calories , 4.9 miles

    snack- tomato khakra, 2 brown bread toast with peanut butter
    dinner- same as lunch, kheera 1/2

    exercise- JM 30 day shred level 1 day 2

    Hello Ladies,

    July 3


    Food Diet :
    1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup milk
    2 cucumber
    Roti, brown rice, cauliflower curry (it was yum!), yogurt, 1 egg & tindora
    1 big cup buttermilk
    1 bowl papaya, 1 corn, upma

    few slices of apple
    1 multivitamin

    Workout:
    - 2 hrs in gym (as gym will be closed for next 3 days)
    - treadmill 60 mins covered 3.42 distance & burnt 346 calories
    - stepper did 30 mins - burnt 100 calories

    July month challenges:
    - burn 500 calories per day
    - reduce 4 lbs by this month end
    - avoid biscuits & junk items as far as I can

    Wt:
    July 3 - 155.4 lbs

    July 31 - 151 lbs (target)
